PROCESSING FEES TO THE BUTCHER ARE SEPARATE AND ARE TO BE PAID AT PICK-UP. Processing fees vary based on cuts ordered, packaging, etc. (Butcher fees will be approximately $.75 - $1.10 per pound.)

We charge based on the hoof weight. The order you place through our website is for the actual cow and does NOT include butcher fees. You should know that you are paying for the hanging weight, which is different than buying a single steak or roast at the store. The final cost is based on the weight of the animal.

*Our cattle typically average between 1,050 - 1,350 lbs.
